Parkmont Village Green (PVG) HOA will soon be starting a Tree Trimming Project to support the health and well-being of the many beautiful trees we have in our community. Here are some details of the project:
- What is the project? Trimming of trees in the common areas of PVG
- When will it occur? Starting on February 1st, 2021, for approximately 30 days
- Who will do the work? New Image Landscape Company: Tree Care Division. New Image is a licensed Arborist Company, approved by the City of Fremont.
- Can I make personal requests? All tree trimming is being done in accordance with City and State requirements and is based on the health and well-being of the tree. For these reasons, personal requests will not be granted.
- All resident/owner inquiries regarding the tree trimming will go through the PVG management company, FABS Inc (info@fabsinc.com). Please do not approach the HOA maintenance crew or the New Image crew with any personal requests regarding trees within the common area of the Community.
- If you have a tree located in your backyard that needs trimming, you may seek out a tree trimming service or contact our HOA Landscape Company, Watkins Landscaping at 510.552.0022 to have the work completed. This cost would be at the owners expense.
