Just a quick reminder to move your clocks forward one hour before bed on Saturday night or at 2am on Sunday morning. Yes, we LOSE an hour of sleep so have those cups of coffee ready, don’t feel guilty about sleeping in, and be sure to change all your manual clocks in the house.

This is also a great time to replace the batteries in your smoke detectors and be sure to test them monthly!
