Toilet Flap Leak Detector Tablets coming your way!

In the next couple of days, in your mailbox or on your gate, you will be receiving a flyer with a packet of Leak Detector Dye Tablets. Please follow the instructions on the packet to determine if your toilet has a leak in the flap of the tank. It’s simple and fast to use! The packet contains two tablets; one for each toilet.

The average leaky toilet can wast about 200-1000 gallons of water a day.

Some toilets with leaks may produce a running water sound that is easy to hear or a ‘phantom flush’ when it sounds like the toilet is flushing on it’s own. Some toilets don’t make any sound at all.

If you do find a leak, be sure to follow up to have it repaired. Let’s everyone do their part to conserve water! Thank you for your cooperation.
